Five leaflets are currently available by post. They are:

• General information
  An introduction to Pregnancy Sickness Support Trust with a brief history, profiles of the Trustees, Facts & Figures and the aims of te Trust.
• Helpful information about nausea & vomiting in pregnancy
  Self help - reassuring information and advice about the condition. Practical ways in which you can ease the symptoms, like adjusting your diet and daily routines. (Includes a diary to assist you in the management of your symptoms)
• Information for Carers
  Helpful information for Carers to help them support ladies who are experiencing pregnancy sickness.
• Treatments Available
  Information about treatments and medication that can be offered by your doctor, (including a separate leaflet on how to obtain a safe and effective tablet treatment, that has been available in Canada for the last 20 years)
• What causes Pregnancy Sickness?
• A brief review of possible associations between maternal hormones and pregnancy sickness.
